I want to use another delivery address?
Of course: remember the first address is always the invoice address and the second address is the delivery address. If it is a gift, we can gift wrap it for you at a small extra cost, with a hand written note with your choice of words The receipted invoice will always be sent to your billing address for your records.
Can I order items to be sent outside the UK?
Unfortunately we only deliver to the UK at the moment, however if you are interested in any of our products please forward your contact details and when we are able to ship outside of the UK we will inform you.
I want an out of stock item! What do I do?
If something you like is temporarily out of stock, please call the customer service team on 01926 411996 or email us at email@example.com and we will be able to let you know when it will next be available.
What is your returns policy and how do I return?
We have every confidence in the products we sell at Ball & Byrne, however in the unlikely event your order is damaged or faulty if you wish to return it, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the parcel by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or Phone our customer line 01926 411996 Monday – Friday 9am -5pm. All items must to be returned within 28 days complete and in the same condition as sent, and item(s) are with the original packaging intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All returns are items are returned at your cost (with the exception of faulty goods), please ensure that you send returns by recorded delivery and keep your receipt safe, we always enclose a returns slip with your delivery could you please complete this and send it with your return (s) to:

What days and times can I place a phone order?
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, if the lines are busy leave your name and number and we will call you as soon as possible (remember to leave your dialing code).

I have a promotional code how do I use it?
To use your promotional code please type in your code when prompted at the checkout screen, this will calculate your discount, all prices on the website are always quoted at full price, unless on a separate sales tab, you will be unable to use a promotion code on previously discounted items, only one code can be used at any one time, remember you are responsible for entering this code and Ball & Byrne hold no responsibility if you fail to do so.
I have more than one promotional code/offer can I use more than one!
Unfortunatly only one promotional offer can be used at any one time and they do not apply during Sale periods or previously discounted items

If the items have not yet been packed and dispatched then of course you can. However please urgently phone our customer service team and check. Additional items will have to be paid for over the phone as all card details are not stored or available to us for your own protection.

If your order hasn’t been packed and dispatched then no problem, please call our customer service team for speed or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember think of where you might be at the delivery time we can always send it to where you are at any particular time!
Will I pay VAT on your items?
Yes, all prices are in GBP (Great Britain Pounds Sterling) The price stated always includes VAT (Value Added Tax).
What are your delivery charges and how long will it take?
• Standard delivery: the delivery charge is £5.95 per delivery, this applies Monday- Friday only and will take between 2-5 working days.
• Next working day delivery charge is £9.95, these orders have to be placed before 12pm Monday - Friday for this service to be valid.
