Returns Policy & Making Returns

We have every confidence in the products sold at Ball & Byrne, however in the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the parcel by email at customerservices@ballandbyrne.com or 01926 411996 Monday – Friday 9am -5pm( 24hr answer phone service). All items must to be returned within 28 days complete and in the same condition as sent, and item(s) are with the original packaging intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All items returned are at your cost (with the exception of faulty goods), please ensure that you send returns by recorded delivery and keep your receipt safe, we  always enclose a returns slip with your delivery could you please complete this and send it with your return (s) to:
