Ordering
When you place an order and it has been completed on this website, you will be deemed to have offered to purchase the relevant product at the price (including any delivery or other charges) and quantities indicated. At this point it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed with the Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our terms and Conditions you must contact us before placing the order atcustomerservice@ballandbyrne.com or by calling our customer service line on 01926 411996

Once the order is placed, we will require your name, email address, credit or debit card number (this will be a secure payment), address details and phone number. This information is required to process your order request and to inform you of acceptance of your order. A contact phone number is needed so that we can contact you if there are any problems with your order. We will then send an automatic confirmation email to thank you for your order, (but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted) and we will then dispatch your goods. Only then once the order has been dispatched is our contract for the sale accepted. Products ordered will remain the property of Ball and Byrne, until full payment has been received and the order dispatched. Once payment has been received and the product is dispatched ownership will transfer to you.

By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Ball and Byrne Limited to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described.

Occasionally a product may be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you via the Confirmation Email and advise if and when the product will become available. If a product is no longer available you will have a right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If there are any issues with your placed order our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible either by phone or email (remember faulty goods need to be notified by email within 7 days, so check your parcel immediately)

Once an order is placed you will automatically be added to our mailing list. If you should not want receive our newsletter, catalogues, or new product blogs, please inform our Customer Services team and they will remove you from our mailing list.

If any of the following criteria arise we will not be able to meet any obligations

• We can not authorize your on line payment
• Product is out of stock
• There is a product description or pricing error
• You  do not meet any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions

Ball and Byrne reserve the right to refuse to accept any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Ball and Byrne website.

Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order once placed and accepted by us, at any time up to dispatch. To inform us of a cancellation, this must be done by sending an email or letter.

Returns Policy & Making Returns
We have every confidence in the products sold by Ball and Byrne, however in the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the parcel by email at customservice@ballandbyrne.com or 01926 411996 Monday – Friday 9am -5pm. All items must to be returned within 28 days complete and in the same condition as sent, and item(s) are with the original packaging intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All items returned are at your cost (with the exception of faulty goods), please ensure that you send returns by recorded delivery and keep your receipt safe, we  always enclose a returns slip with your delivery could you please complete this and send it with your return.
